4E-YJZWRG Soft Dry Type Outdoor Termination
The company produces 4E-YJZWRG two main soft dry type outdoor termination 4E-YJZWRG3 and 4E-YJZWRG4, which are widely used for outdoor high-voltage overhead lines and cable connections with anti-fouling grade of grade III, and grade IV. They are composed of termination, main body of fully prefabricated soft silicone rubber（stress cone included）, and tail tube. The main body of prefabricated soft silicone rubber is using imported liquid silicone rubber injection rubber molding soft dry structure, which has long-term stability of lasting hold power and electric field uniform ability. The overall shape of casting is conical structure of the flow line with good anti-fouling flash, weather resistance, anti-leakage marks, anti-erosion and water repellent ability. There’s no need to fill insulating gas or oil, effectively ensure the long-term safe operation of the product. Our product is using multiple sealing structure which can effectively prevent the leakage of water immersion and insulating oil. All of the seals are using imported NBR or silicon rubber material. All of the fastener raw-material are stainless steel with good waterproof seal performance.
However, due to the lack of sufficient rigidity, should not be installed in wind areas.
