Silane XLPE Compound of Sioplas Method for Aerial Wire and Cable up to 10kV
This material is a kind of warm water crosslinkable polyethylene insulation compound which consisted of compound A and compound B. Compound A is made from high quality polyethylene resin, imported silane coupling agent and compound B is made from organotin catalysts and antioxidant agent. Loss-in-weight Feeder which guarantees stable precision of components. It has an excellent extrusion performance and stable physical and chemical index.
Application: 10kV and below aerial cable insulation; Maximum working temperature is 90℃.

Processing
Recommend for polyethylene specific extruder. Draw ratio is from 18:1 to 25:1 and other equipment need to be adjusted according to the circumstance.

Storage
Keep at room temperature; Storage environment should be clean, dry and ventilated; Best use within six months from the date of production; Mix compound A and B, please use it up in 8 hours; Compound A should be used up within 24 hours after opened.
Product packing
- 25kg in each package, of which the grafted polyethylene (compound A) is 23.75 kg/bag, catalytic master batch material (compound B) is 1.25 kg/bag.
- Compound A and B are in moisture resistant aluminum laminated bags with composite paper bags outside.
