6-35kV Cold Shrinkable Cable Accessories:
4E-NLS cold shrink indoor termination, 4E-WLS cold shrink outdoor termination, 4E-JLS cold shrink middle joint are mainly composed of prefabricated body, terminations (indoor and outdoor) or connecting tube (middle joint) cold shrink muti-core fingerstall (supporting muti-core cable), and cold shrink insulation tubes and relative colorimetric tube (indoor and outdoor termination). The prefabricated body stress cone and insulating body are using plastic injuction molding of liquid silicone rubber, which has long-term stability of the package tight force and uniform electric field capacity. Always keep a suitable radial pressure to the cable body. The interface characteristic is good without respiration creepage breakdown when cable runs. The terminations or connecting tube meet cable core material requirements or users’ requirements to ensure the protection of cable insulation and waterproof.

6-35kV Heat Shrinkable Cable Accessories:
4E-NRS, 4E-WRS, 4E-JRS heat shrinkable series cable accessories is applied to 35kV and below rubber cable. Heat shrink cable accessories is using import multiphase polymer, it’s the update products of wrapped type cable accessories. With convenient installation, keep on suitable radial pressure on the cable body, interface characteristic is good. the parameter type stress control tube to improve the distribution of the electric field, which can effectively solve the cable outer shield section in electric stress concentration problem. The electrical properties are improved from wrapped type cable accessories to ensure the safety and reliable operation. The main components are tubular, basically including stress control tube, insulation tube, three fingered tube, sealed tube protective sleeve, etc.

Technical performance: meet BS EN 50181, IEC60502, GB/T12706 requirements.
Heat shrink raw materials: stress tube is parameter type, well-distributed electric field at the insulating cable cut off place. Insulating tube has insilation effect, protective sleeve has protection effect. Product heat shrink is quite stable, can shrink to the original size in heating condition, the residual deformation is small. All the products are processing forming in the factory. There’s no need to use fire, no special training, installation is simple and fast.
It has resistance to filth, aging, and good waterproof, with superior cold heat resistant performance.
