2、 Product technical requirements
Usage characteristics
1.1 Rated voltage:
U0/U is 450/750V, 300/300V, and 300/500V;
1.2 Working temperature:
The long-term allowable working temperatures for cables and wires are 70 ℃ and 90 ℃.
1.3 Laying temperature:
The laying temperature of cables and wires should not be lower than 0 ℃, and they should generally be laid through pipes;
1.4 Bending radius:
For cables with an outer diameter (D) ≤ 25mm, the small allowable bending radius is 4D;
If the outer diameter (D) of the cable is ≥ 25mm, the small allowable bending radius is 6D;
1.5 Scope of application:
This product is suitable for indoor wiring of civil lighting and household appliances, as well as cables and wires for power devices, daily appliances, instruments, and telecommunications equipment with an AC voltage of 450/750V and below. The soft core structure is suitable for situations where flexibility is required for fixed wiring.
3、 Structural requirements
2.1 Conductors
2.1.1 Materials
Copper conductors should be annealed copper wires, and single wires in the conductor can be either non tinned or tinned.
Aluminum conductor
